Husk corn and remove silk.

Grill over medium heat rotating corn every 3-4 minutes for 12-14 minutes until done!

B3 Grilled Corn
For several years customers have told us that they use B3 Marinade with shrimp - boiled, broiled, grilled, dipped, stir fry, you name it. I decided to give it a try recently and I am now a believer! The shrimp were delicious!

Peel the shrimp and toss with about a tablespoon of B3 Marinade, just enough to coat the shrimp. Skewer and put directly over the fire for 3-6 minutes, turning once. Finish with freshly squeezed lemon juice and enjoy!
This month is all about getting outside and taking advantage of MS fresh water lakes! Blake would fish all day everyday if he had his way. Great recipe for bass, bream, white perch, MS catfish and yes, even salt water fish like speckled trout and red drum! Enjoy, B3 Lovers!!!
· 2.5 to 3 lb cleaned, scaled, whole MS Freshwater Fish (We used 3 1 lb. bass.)
· 3 Tablespoons B3 Marinade Blake’s Bistro Blend
· 3 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
· 4 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (reserve half for garnish)
· 1 teaspoon olive oil
· 3 or more garlic cloves
Place garlic cloves in the cavity of each fish. Add remaining ingredients and seal in a bag to marinate for 1 hour or more. Prepare grill and regulate temperature to 325 degrees.
Place 2-3 MS Pecan Wood Discs directly on fire. Place fish on direct heat. Cover grill and cook 6 minutes, turn the fish and cook 6 more minutes. Remove from the grill and seal in foil. Return to the grill for 5 minutes to allow the fish to steam.
Garnish the fish with the remaining parsley.

B3 Pork Tenderloin
Marinate the pork loins with B3 Marinade and one of the above jams in a sealed bag for 4 or more hours. Grill at 390 degrees for 12 minutes on one side; turn over and grill for 8 more minutes. Remove from heat.
Let rest 5 minutes, slice and serve with B3 Bold Green Bean Bundles. Recipe on Facebook.
Marinate in sealed bag overnight, skewer and grill indirectly over med. high heat for 20 minutes.
We like to add onions, bell peppers, and brussels sprouts to the marinade and grill! Serve with Zatarain's Long Grain Rice and you have a complete meal!

Using a Ziploc bag, coat vegetables with B3 Marinade and virgin olive oil. Roast at 400 degrees on foil or parchment paper lined pan. Brussels sprouts may need to roast a little longer. Also great on the grill! add the veggies you prefer. Pairs nicely with a soft spread cheese and crackers.
1 lb frozen meatballs
1 can cream of mushrrom soup
1 8 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons B3 Marinade
Mix together and cook 20 minutes over med low heat in boiler on stove. Serve as appetizer or over your favorite pasta. Garnish with your favorite fresh herb (oregano, parsley, or basil compliment nicely). This recipe may be doubled or tripled!
Marinate steak in a gallon Ziploc bag for 1 hour to 24 hours. This is your preference - how long do you normally marinate your steak? Cook over hot coals until desired temperature.
